Miss Kenworthy had just explained about having to restrain Charlotte. “I am going to use the baton method. First, we will lower your knickers to bare your bottom you naughty girl.
She then picked up the baton and moved in close to arrange and position her correctly.

“You must grip onto the legs of the stool.”
Charlotte did as she was told.
Once satisfied that her knickers were in the right position….low!…she proceeded to get her to tuck her knees in, and slide the baton between the back of the knees and the back two legs of the flogging stool.

She was ready. In this position the bottom is almost impossible to move, it is poking out perfectly for someone to administer the plimsoll, or tawse, or cane.
